Calling All Performers!

Do you have a talent you want to share? Whether you're a singer, dancer, reciter, musician, comedian, or have another unique act, we want YOU on stage! We are excited to feature a wide range of performers, including: Individuals, Duets or small groups, therapists & patients, organization members, friends, families, and community groups. This showcase is all about celebrating ability, creativity, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Performance Guidelines

• A total of 15–20 acts will be selected

• Selection is based on act length and overall program timing

• Each performance should be no longer than 5 minutes o (Longer performances may be considered upon special request)

• Performances must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience

What You’ll Need to Submit

To complete your registration, please provide:

• Performer Name(s)

• Organization or Business (if applicable)

• Type of Talent/Performance

• Requested Stage Time (up to 5 minutes)

• Any special accommodations or needs

Important Notes

• Spots are limited! Registration will close once all performance slots are fille

• Early sign-up is strongly encouraged

• Selected performers will receive confirmation and event details after submission review
